Alexandra Milton, a Colombian native, moved to the United States with big dreams and no blueprint. Her path has been shaped by resilience, sacrifice, and unwavering discipline. Above all, purpose remains her compass. She is the co-owner and founder of Rose Cafe, which she launched in 2020 at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.

What began as a boutique café evolved under her leadership into a full fine-dining Mediterranean-Italian destination, culminating in the launch of Rose Cafe & Restaurant in November 2025, an immersive culinary experience rooted in excellence and purpose. Alexandra led the restaurant’s architectural expansion, brand redesign, and operational restructuring, growing the team from 12 to more than 40 employees and tripling monthly revenue.

From the beginning, Rose was envisioned as something special, with each recipe inspired by personal journeys from around the world, carefully reimagined to deliver authentic flavors while emphasizing well-being. The soft pinks and pastels from its 2020 opening still reflect the romantic, loving spirit that greeted guests with a peaceful sanctuary—especially for women to gather, heal, and share their stories.
Due to overwhelming love and support, Rose has expanded into a Mediterranean-Italian inspired restaurant, maintaining a sensual, elegant, and refined atmosphere while staying true to its original essence.
