Here is a showcase of the 2025 Rolls-Royce range with distinct creative themes. Some focus on legacy and affection, inspired by personal stories, family histories, and intergenerational bonds.
Others engage with the natural environment or reinterpret art, architecture, and cultural symbols from a modern perspective. Collectively, they embody the year’s most inspiring design trends and highlight the ongoing evolution of what it means to commission a Bespoke Rolls-Royce.

As cherry blossom season arrives, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars proudly presents the Phantom Cherry Blossom, a one-of-a-kind Phantom Extended inspired by the delicate beauty of Sakura. A Japanese client commissioned this masterpiece to preserve cherished Hanami memories and pass down a legacy to future generations.

Cherry blossoms symbolize nature’s cycles, spring, and life’s fleeting beauty, blooming for about a week as a reminder to cherish the present. This symbolism is deep in Japanese art, literature, and philosophy. Hanami, or “flower viewing,” is an ancient tradition where people gather beneath cherry trees to enjoy the blossoms. Inside, embroidery depicts sitting under a blooming cherry tree.
A Starlight Headliner features an embroidered cherry branch with white flowers extending over rear door panels and the Privacy Suite partition, requiring over six months of craftsmanship. The headliner alone took three weeks to complete, with over 250,000 stitches.

Celebrating the art of lace featuring original design themes drawn from handmade couture lace. Rolls-Royce presented a one-of-one Phantom Dentelle. The fabric – delicate lace crafted using a rare ‘Leavers loom’ – featured three-dimensional floral elements and soft pearl-like details. Its intricate textures and gentle palette formed the creative foundation for both the interior and exterior treatment.
A filigree, lace-like base is formed using a triple-run stitch, creating a fine-mesh structure. Over this, satin stitch shapes the floral elements with a soft, silk-like sheen, while raised accents echo the original pearl details, catching the light with subtle depth. In total, the piece comprises more than 160,000 stitches.

The Waterfall section between the rear seats continues the floral theme with a delicate embroidery echoing the botanical detail in the Gallery design and comprising around 70,000 stitches. The speaker grilles are finished in Rose Gold, subtly complementing the embroidery tones.

Phantom Year of the Dragon, commissioned to celebrate the lunar year, features a marquetry Gallery of 297 wood pieces depicting two dragons guarding a pearl, mirrored in a Starlight Headliner rendered with more than 1,300 individually placed fiber-optic stars.

The Landmark Private Collection of 25 motor cars celebrates Phantom’s centenary. It is the most complex and technologically advanced Private Collection to date. A century of stories: the interior highlights key figures, notable clients, important models, journeys, places, and moments that shaped Phantom’s first 100 years.

The rear seats are upholstered in high-resolution printed fabric, developed with a fashion atelier, and completed with 160,000 stitches. Laser-etched front seats feature hand-sketched linework inspired by Phantom’s heritage. The most intricate Rolls-Royce woodwork ever created introduces three Rolls-Royce firsts: 3D marquetry, 3D ink layering, and 24-karat gold leafing. The Bespoke Gallery evokes pages of a book, with abstracted text formed in aluminum.

These influences, first captured as 77 hand-sketched motifs, are woven into the Phantom Centenary Private Collection through stunningly crafted archival references, creating a statement that honors Phantom’s past, defines its present, and projects the principles that will shape the nameplate’s next 100 years and beyond.
The Rolls-Royce Bespoke Collective of designers, engineers, and artisans poured their skill and imagination into what has become their magnum opus. They immersed themselves in Phantom’s world, studying the spirit and identity of each generation from the 1920s to today. They explored defining owners, pivotal figures within Rolls-Royce, the places where Phantom was conceived and built, and the events that defined its times.

The first-ever custom Rolls-Royce inspired by vintage video game culture. Features ‘Pixel Blaster’ Starlight Headliner and ‘Laser Base’ illuminated fascia. Interior and exterior details include the custom 8-bit ‘Cheeky Alien’ motif. Arcade-style artwork is hand-painted on technical fiber interior surfaces. Hidden retro gaming-inspired details turn the car into a fun, playful experience.

Ending with the exceptional design of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, which consistently aims to expand the language of modern craftsmanship by innovating new techniques and materials. Here, the Phantom Arabesque exemplifies this ambition, showcasing Middle Eastern architectural heritage through a newly patented laser-engraving technique developed at the Home of Rolls-Royce.

This one-of-one Phantom Extended celebrates the forms and geometry of traditional mashrabiya latticework – a defining feature of traditional houses, palaces and courtyards throughout the Middle East. The mashrabiya pattern is reinterpreted in various ways: as the first laser-engraved bonnet ever created for a Rolls-Royce, as an intricate Blackwood and Bolivar marquetry Gallery artwork, and as a suite of Bespoke motifs subtly placed throughout the motor car.

The bonnet is initially painted in a darker color. It is then sealed with multiple layers of clear coat before a lighter top layer is applied. The geometric mashrabiya pattern is engraved to a depth of just 145–190 microns into the uppermost surface, revealing the darker tone beneath. Each engraved area is carefully hand-sanded to ensure an even, sculptural finish. By embedding the pattern within the paint itself rather than applying it on top, this method achieves a high level of refinement and durability. Variations in laser velocity and intensity produce subtle visual shifts as light moves across the surface.
