With its striking blue exterior and bright yellow top, Warren Street Hotel is a celebration of contemporary design. Every detail is tailored to provide an adventure for the eye and intuitive comfort for guests, including the 150-seat all-day Warren Street Bar & Restaurant, a light-filled Orangery, and a calm, cozy Drawing Room filled with textured furniture, sculpture, and collages, as well as a fascinating book collection.

The hotel is located in the heart of TriBeCa, a neighborhood steeped in history as the city’s 19th-century textiles hub. In recent years, a plethora of new art galleries, restaurants, and cafés have given it new life and a creative, residential feel. The hotel is filled with Kit’s own designed and found fabrics, including her latest collaborations with Christopher Farr Cloth, GP&J Baker, and Spode.

Warren Street Bar & Restaurant is a modern 150-cover brasserie serving a classic menu of dishes infused with global influences. Large artworks line the walls and lead to the Orangery, which features illuminated handmade ceramic pots and a captivating collection of British craft.

The unique design elements are paired with eclectic artworks, many exclusive to the hotel, including pieces by sculptors Tony Cragg and Wendell Castle. Kit’s own ‘Tall Trees’ fine bone china tableware for Spode is used in the restaurant, and its fairy-tale pattern, inspired by misty morning walks, adorns the bath products and influences the scent of pink pepper, cedarwood, and patchouli.

The 69 individually designed bedrooms and suites are all crafted in Kit’s inimitable style, with an emphasis on color, pattern, and texture. From intricately embellished headboards and upholstered furniture to whimsical bespoke lighting and custom-designed tableware, the hotel is a jewel box of treasures. Several suites feature beautifully landscaped terraces and gardens with wooden trellises lit with lights, while ferns, cedars, and pollinating plants attract wildlife.
