Balancing the energy of movement with the harmony of space: The design philosophy of the Cantieri di Pisa, Akhir 44.

Cantieri di Pisa presented the interiors of the new Akhir 44 with Pulina Exclusive Interiors at the Dubai International Boat Show earlier this year. The design emphasizes contrasts between warm materials like bleached oak and cool metal and steel finishes, creating a sporty and high-tech aesthetic for the yacht.

At 44 meters long and 8.6 meters wide in the beam, Akhir 44 redefines yacht design in its segment with a unique layout emphasizing symmetry and flow. The main deck is entirely dedicated to guests, featuring a spacious salon and a flexible dining area. Sliding panels allow the formal dining space to transform into a generous salon, with a large window opening onto a sculptural galley that seamlessly merges with the guest areas and invites unique show-cooking experiences.

On the main deck, a unique floating staircase of metal and glass acts as both a functional feature and a sculptural centerpiece of the salon. The lower deck’s four guest cabins and owner’s suite have extensive windows for water connection and privacy. The nine crew members, including the captain, are located forward on the lower and main decks. Powered by three 2,600 HP MTU engines, the yacht averages 30 knots, reaches 35 knots, and has a gross tonnage of about 395 tons.

The master suite follows the main deck’s elegant design, with details echoing the yacht’s exterior. Inspired by sleek aesthetics and performance, it combines energy and luxury. A vanity, work desk, and lounge sofa balance comfort and practicality.

The master bathroom for “him” and “her” has a central symmetrical shower that offers privacy and space. It features Lepanto Red and Golden Brown marble, paired with copper and brass metals, balancing masculine and feminine elegance. The warm fabrics in brown, yellow, and red tones enhance the cozy, inviting atmosphere.

The doors, walls, and windows blend the exterior with the interior, reflecting a modern desire for a connection to nature. The design combines bold, dark lines with polished steel and metallic finishes, emphasizing the yacht’s bold and contemporary personality. The yacht’s spacious salon and panoramic views foster socializing and relaxation, whether enjoying the sea breeze or sharing moments with loved ones. The seamless connection between the interior and the seascape creates a luxurious, emotionally compelling experience.

Connecting the salon and dining area, a refined wine cellar functions as a display gallery for fine wines and rare bottles, providing an exclusive collector’s corner. This space can also hold rare books or personal collections, adding a sophisticated touch to the yacht’s interiors.
