Marta Veinberga believes a material is often a starting impulse; every individual work builds up as a conceptual network between the general idea or the theme, the material, visual language and sometimes the creative process itself. Laima Jurča is a Professional Doctorate student in arts and design at the Art Academy of Latvia. In Her Professional Doctorate studies, she aims to focus on problems of the consumer society and bring the attention of fashion as a communication platform.
