In June 2025, Toyota Gazoo Racing unveiled the GR LH2 Racing Concept, a hydrogen-fueled test car designed to advance hydrogen technology in motorsports. The concept made its public debut at the Circuit de la Sarthe, where it is being displayed at the H2 Village organized by the Automobile Club de l’Ouest during the 93rd Le Mans 24 Hours, which took place the weekend of June 11-12. Toyota has developed its technologies in the demanding environment of motorsports as part of its efforts to create better cars through racing and to achieve a carbon-neutral society. It has also accelerated its efforts to expand the production, transportation, and use of hydrogen in collaboration with partners inside and outside the industry.

A year of classics and memorable tributes to Mercedes’ history.
Mercedes has evolved from humble beginnings to an iconic, innovative brand, continually achieving milestones and pushing boundaries. The Silver Arrow, a famous racing car driven by Stirling Moss and Denis Jenkinson to victory at the Mille Miglia, resembles a 1950s passenger car but was based on the W196S Formula 1 model. Unlike the F1 car, the 300 SLR was street-legal and designed for long-distance races on public roads and circuits. To mark the 70th anniversary of the 1955 Motorsport Season, the Mercedes-Benz Museum showcased the 300 SLR in Legend Room 7. The number “222” symbolized the start time of the 1,000-mile Brescia-Rome race on May 1, 1995.

2024 Aston Martin Valkyrie Testing

In February 2025, the stunning Aston Martin Valkyrie made its world championship debut at the Qatar 1812 km race. It was the only race car built to the FIA’s Hypercar regulation to compete simultaneously in both the WEC and the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship [IMSA] in 2025. Two of these 6.5-liter, naturally aspirated V12-powered Valkyries, with race-optimized carbon fiber chassis, entered the WEC’s top Hyper class. The Valkyrie made its IMSA debut in the GTP category at the famous 12 Hours of Sebring in March 2025.

Car culture and community celebrated at FAT Mankei. In honor of the Porsche community opening at FAT Mankei, a collection of Porsche’s road and race cars was assembled on Austria’s Grossglockner. Located on the Grossglockner High Alpine Road and part of FAT International, the FAT Mankei restaurant quickly became a must-visit destination for automotive enthusiasts worldwide.
The idea was the brainchild of Ferdinand Porsche—grandson of Porsche’s founder and great-grandson of his namesake—making FAT Mankei the perfect place to rest and enjoy stunning views along one of Austria’s most famous driving roads. The Austrian Grossglockner is more than just a beautiful scenic route. During Porsche’s early years, founder Ferry Porsche used this mountain road as a testing ground to ensure no new model would suffer from overheating issues during spirited high-altitude driving.

In March 2025, Doriane Pin, one of the leading female drivers in motorsport, returned to F1 Academy. As preparations intensified for the new season, the livery of the Mercedes-AMG F1 Academy #28 was unveiled. The car combined the iconic silver of the Mercedes Silver Arrows with the black that has become synonymous with the German marque’s F1 team. Additionally, the team’s volt green was included to highlight Doriane’s position in the junior program, with Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., the senior partner of the Mercedes-AMG F1 Academy entry, represented by the Snapdragon brand.

Mercedes-AMG customer Racing entered the 53rd edition of the ADAC RAVENOL 24h Nürburgring with high ambitions. The Mercedes-AMG Performance Team GetSpeed fielded two top-spec Mercedes-AMG GT3 in the SP9 PRO category – traditionally the class from which the overall winner emerges. In addition, the Customer Racing Team SR Motorsport by Schnitzelalm entered a Mercedes-AMG GT3 in the SP9 PRO-AM class and a Mercedes-AMG GT4 in the SP10 class.

Held at the modernist 1111 Lincoln Road venue, the event drew over 500 Lamborghini customers and VIPs. This unique take on the Temerario features custom paintwork and refined color and trim details that emphasize the endless possibilities of the Ad Personam personalization program. Powered by a brand-new twin-turbo V8 hybrid powertrain that sets new standards in performance, driving excitement, and comfort, the Temerario is the only production super sports car capable of reaching 10,000 rpm – cementing its position as a class of its own.
Its eye-catching exterior required an additional 320 hours of hand-applied paintwork to create an innovative crystal paint effect. The finish combines Verde Shock, Grigio Maat, and Nero Nemesis tones into a complex artistic pattern that highlights the car’s aerodynamic lines. The Bentley EXP 15 is Bentley Motors’ latest luxury concept, transforming heritage inspiration into modern design. Inspired by the 1930 three-seater Bentley Speed Six, called “Blue Train,’ it draws from early 20th-century Grand Tourer heritage, reinterpreted for today. The full-size exterior model features an iconic upright grille, a long bonnet, and a rear cabin reminiscent of the Speed Six Gurney Nutting Sportsman coupe. This historic Bentley links to Woolf Barnato’s race against a train, Le Train Bleu, from Cannes to Calais before reaching London. With modern surface design, high-tech lighting, and active aerodynamics, the 2025 concept is grounded in the present and future. While not for production, it hints at future Bentley designs, including the upcoming all-electric model. The interior uses VR to offer customizable configurations, blending luxury features like elegant seats, a wing-shaped dashboard, and digital elements adaptable to driver mood or needs.

Here, the Ghost Series II signifies a modern evolution of the founding values established by the original Silver Ghost of 1907—once hailed as “the best car in the world” for its reliability and refinement. Engineered with the driver in mind, Ghost Series II features advanced technologies including the Planar Suspension System, Flagbearer road-reading technology, and Satellite Aided Transmission—powered by the marque’s signature 6.75-liter twin-turbocharged V12 engine. The Bentayga exemplifies the growing trend among Bentley customers for personal commissions, with 70% choosing at least one Mulliner feature in their vehicle. This reflects the freedom given by Mulliner—Bentley’s bespoke studio—to create something entirely unique. After owning several Bentleys, an American client wanted her new car in a specific shade of her favorite color: pink. Mulliner gladly fulfilled her request by customizing a bold and vibrant Bentayga. The exterior matches an interior featuring Cherry Blossom hide and matching stitching, which extends to the embroidered Bentley Wings on the seats. The customer also requested a Mulliner Bottle Cooler with a frosted-glass soft-close door, installed beside the rear Airline seat for her convenience.
Bentley Supersports

A century after the first Bentley ‘Super Sports,’ the name returns for only the fourth Supersports model. The new Bentley Supersports is the most driver-focused Continental GT, featuring rear-wheel drive, a two-seat cabin, and a gross weight of under two tons. It has a non-hybrid twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 with 666 PS (657 bhp) and 800 Nm, delivering power through an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission to the rear wheels.
Standard features include carbon-ceramic brakes, 22-inch lightweight forged Manthey Racing wheels, and an Akrapovič titanium exhaust, with Pirelli Trofeo RS tires available. The exterior is designed for maximum downforce and weight reduction, with a large front splitter, cooling air ducts, carbon fiber dive planes, side sills, fender blades, a rear diffuser, and a fixed rear wing producing over 300 kg more downforce than a Continental GT Speed. The roof is now a carbon fiber panel, lowering the center of gravity and maintaining stiffness.

The Mercedes 35 hp was a revolutionary overall design, setting the standard for the future development of the modern motorcar.
Countdown to Le Mans Classic

In July 2025, four Mulliner-built, race-ready Bentley Continuation Series cars will compete at Le Mans Classic, making it the largest Bentley team at La Sarthe since 1930. Supported by Mulliner’s racing program, they trained for months. Owners and their cars gathered in London to recreate a 1929 photo. Each car was meticulously prepared by Mulliner Classic, with drivers supported by a Bentley engineer and mechanic. Race Manager Dave Argent, with extensive racing management experience, oversees all entries.
